1 Skiing

If you haven't tried spring skiing yet, you're missing out. Ski with a warm sun on your face but plenty of pow beneath your boots. With barely any lift lines and an efficient, flowy layout to the entire hill and operations, skiing at Marmot Basin is a dream. And with the warmer temperatures, March is perfect for sipping an apres beer on their panoramic patio.

2 Pleckaitis Canyon IceWalk

Experience the magic of winter in Jasper National Park with the Maligne Valley & Pleckaitis Canyon Icewalk. Walk on ice at the bottom of one of Jasper’s deepest accessible canyons, located in an untouched and unimpacted part of the park. Tours provide crampons and expert guides to ensure safety. As you navigate this winding canyon, you’ll uncover the mysteries of its geology and learn about the rich history and ecology of the area.

4 Sightseeing Tour

There are lots of landmarks around the national park that have been photographed extensively in summer. But what all these shutterbugs don't realize is that in winter, these iconic spots take on a whole new persona. Take a tour or explore on your own to places like Athabasca Falls, Maligne Lake, Pyramid Island, and more.
