Nightly Chef’s dinner consisting of 4 set courses paired with wine, presented and hosted by your Jasper Sommelier. Daytime offerings include Canadian flights of red, white and sparkling wine. A foodie and wine lovers dream.
Please note our nightly chefs dinner will consist of some seafood and a game meat. We can however accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and dairy free. For all other dietary restrictions please email us.

8:00pm seating: 4 courses paired with 7 wines $139
